The Iconic Agent Launches a Marketing Program that Shows Realtors How To Sell New Construction Homes Effectively

Damon Greene of The Iconic Agent has launched a Marketing and Coaching Program that shows realtors how to effectively market new construction properties. The first Free Masterclass for the Iconic Agent New Construction Marketing Mastery training was held on Thursday September 20th at 8PM ESt.

The Free Masterclass was held to educate and inform real estate agents on how to effectively generate high quality new construction real estate leads and sales using the simple 3 Step PDA process (Projects/Demand/Automation). The free masterclass served as a high level introduction to the 4 Week New Construction Marketing Mastery Training.

Attendees of the free masterclass had an eye opening experience where Greene showed them how effortless it is to locate new construction projects that are easy to sell and have very little competition. “When many real estate agents think about selling New Construction homes, it’s almost taboo… they think they have to stop selling other real estate and sit in a sales center office all day. There’s nothing further from the truth and agents are leaving 10’s of thousands of dollars on the table by not leveraging new construction sales” says Greene.

Greene stated in an interview “My goal is to help another 100 serious real estate agents generate quality new construction leads and sell at least 2 additional new construction homes, using techniques taught in the program, by the 1st quarter of 2019. There are opportunities all over the country and agents are totally overlooking them.”

Greene enrolled an initial 25 students in the Iconic Agent New Construction Marketing Mastery BETA program to get an initial pulse on how realtors felt about the topic. “The New Construction Marketing Mastery Training Gave me a way to generate property specific leads within 7 days and have 2 client showings for a condo development where the pricepoints are between $500k – $2Million (3% commissions being paid). This training is deceptively simple and easy to understand.” said one student M. Makhi of Edmonton Canada. After receiving rave reviews and positive feedback from students, Greene decided to go full force and release the program nationwide.
