Atlantic Commercial Lending Announces Launch Of Its New Loan Solutions Products For Investors and Commercial Property Owners
Atlantic Commercial Lending announces the launch of its new selections of loan solutions products for investors, commercial property owners, and those not eligible for traditional mortgage loans.

Atlantic Commercial Lending, a leading licensed broking service, announced the launch of its new range of loan solution products. These products are specifically aimed at investors, owners of commercial properties, and those who don’t qualify for traditional mortgage loans.

“Traditional mortgage loans may not be suitable for everyone, especially for self-employed or foreign nationals,” said Isaac Amichia, CEO of Atlantic Commercial Lending. “At Atlantic Commercial Lending Company, we understand the unique needs of our clients and strive to provide customized loan solutions that fit their specific financial situations. Our Non-QM loans are designed for borrowers who may not meet the eligibility requirements for a traditional mortgage loan.”

The new loan solutions offered by Atlantic Commercial Lending include non-QM loans, Profit And Loss One Year And Two Year Only Loans, Bank Statement Loans, Bridge loans, Foreign Nationals and Non-permanent resident Programs, and DSCR loans. They provide flexibility and accessibility to those who don’t have standard income documentation.

Non-QM loans are ideal for borrowers unable to meet the eligibility requirements for a traditional mortgage loan. These loans have flexible underwriting guidelines and are best suited for borrowers who are self-employed or have non-traditional income sources.

One thousand ninety-nine loans (1099) are crafted for independent contractors who receive a 1099 form instead of a W-2 form. Borrowers can use their tax returns to verify their income, thus making qualifying for a mortgage loan easier.

Profit and Loss 1Year + 2Years -only loans allow borrowers to use their profit and loss statements to verify their income. These loans are ideal for self-employed borrowers who may not have traditional income documentation.

Bank statement loans are mortgage loans that rely on bank statements as proof of income.

They work well for self-employed borrowers without traditional income documentation.

Bridge loans provide short-term financing to bridge the gap between purchasing a new property and selling an existing one.

Foreign nationals and non-permanent resident program loans are designed for non-US citizens who want to invest in US real estate.

DSCR loans are designed for real estate investors looking for funds to invest in properties. These loans use the property’s cash flow rather than the borrower’s income to determine eligibility.

In addition to its suite of loan products, Atlantic Commercial Lending also offers multiple-family apartment financing for investors and commercial property owners.

They also offer SBA 504 and 7(a) loans, USDA commercial loans, Commercial Purchase loans, and Fix and Flip. This program provides funding to purchase or refinance apartment buildings with five or more units or other commercial loan options.
