Orlando, Fla. – September 29, 2026 – Shopr Rewards® (“Shopr”), LLC, a fintech-powered engagement and loyalty platform, today announced new usage data showing that members are increasingly using the platform across multiple merchants and spending categories, providing prospective enterprise partners with evidence that a single rewards benefit can remain relevant across a broad range of consumer purchases.
Among purchasing members, 44.8% have transacted with more than one merchant, while 25.3% have purchased from at least three different merchants. Member activity has reached 167 brands across the Shopr network.
Usage is also extending across spending categories. More than one-third of purchasing members, 35.8%, have used Shopr across multiple categories, while 14.1% have transacted across at least three.
For organizations evaluating customer, member or employee benefits, the data points to the potential value of a rewards platform that is not limited to a single merchant, purchase type or transaction. By enabling members to earn value across different brands and categories, Shopr Rewards gives participating organizations more opportunities to provide a benefit that fits into existing consumer spending behavior.
“Enterprise benefits become more useful when they can support members across different parts of their spending,” said Sharon Mattimoe, COO of Shopr. “We are seeing members use Shopr across multiple merchants and categories, which gives our partners more opportunities to deliver value without asking consumers to change where or how they already shop.”
Shopr operates through a B2B2C model that enables organizations to provide Instant Cash Back and other financial benefits to customers, members and employees. The platform connects participating organizations to a network of more than 325 retail, restaurant, travel, entertainment and recreation brands.
The multi-merchant data adds another measure of how members are using that network. Rather than concentrating activity with only one participating brand, a growing share of purchasing members is engaging across multiple merchants and categories.
That breadth is particularly relevant for enterprise partners seeking benefits that can remain useful between their own direct customer interactions. A member may use the same Shopr benefit across dining, retail, grocery or other purchases, extending the organization’s value proposition beyond a single transaction or service relationship.
“Breadth matters because relevance changes from purchase to purchase,” Mattimoe added. “A benefit that can create value across different merchants and categories gives organizations a more flexible way to stay connected to their audiences.”
Shopr Rewards will continue tracking multi-merchant and multi-category usage alongside repeat purchasing, transaction growth and other engagement measures as its member base and participating network expand.
